GARDINER BDC Product Introduction
A BDC is a down-converter used in satellite communication systems to convert a higher-frequency RF signal to a lower frequency for downstream processing.
GARDINER offers BDC products as part of its satellite communication RF portfolio, together with LNBs, LNAs, BUCs and filters.
When selecting a BDC, customers should confirm input and output frequencies, LO configuration, conversion gain, frequency stability, reference source, interfaces and power requirements.
